Who you are:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
How you will thrive and create and impact:
Coordination and Communication
  • Support execution of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Analyze variances between plans and actual performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and share reports with management on operational performance, including executive level communication.
Issue Resolution
  • Work with planning and cross functional teams to identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.
Continuous Improvement
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational execution.
  • Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.
