Job summary

DP World in Charlotte seeks a Commercial Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator to drive CRM process adoption, deliver live and recorded virtual training, maintain training content, and support regional events. You will partner with Sales Leadership to advance commercial initiatives and sustain data integrity.

You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Sales Enablement, Project Coordination, Training, Marketing Operations, Events, or a related business function
  • Experience developing and delivering virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, or user enablement initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, with experience supporting user adoption, training, and data integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Proven ability to create polished presentations, training materials, reports, and executive-ready documentation
  • Experience supporting forecasting, KPI reporting, lead tracking, pipeline reporting, or ROI analysis is preferred
  • Experience coordinating customer events, meetings, webinars, trade shows, or other commercial programs is preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of CRM and commercial process training by planning and hosting live virtual training sessions, onboarding new users, facilitating refresher training, and maintaining a library of recorded training sessions and supporting documentation
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, user guides, process documentation, and other sales enablement resources that support consistent adoption of CRM processes and best practices
  • Partner with the CRM Administrator to improve CRM processes, promote user adoption, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to enhance system utilization and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate regionally sponsored customer, prospect, and internal events, including guest lists, invitations, registrations, attendance tracking, logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up. Occasional travel may be required to support on-site event execution
  • Maintain CRM records and support reporting related to leads, opportunities, pipeline activity, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Assist with sales operations forecasting, pipeline reporting, KPI dashboards, and recurring performance summaries
  • Develop, format, and update executive presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and other sales support documents utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and commercial stakeholders to coordinate, gather information, track action items, and ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities
  • Help coordinate meetings, agendas, calendars, deadlines, and other deliverables that support the Commercial organization
  • Demonstrate flexibility by responding to changing business priorities, managing ad hoc requests, supporting special projects, and helping resolve operational challenges while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service
  • Provide day-to-day Sales Operations support that enhances organizational effectiveness and enables the commercial team to execute efficiently

The Commercial Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator supports the Americas commercial organization by driving CRM process adoption, delivering engaging training, coordinating regional commercial events, and providing operational support that enables sales success. This role is responsible for planning and hosting live virtual CRM training sessions, maintaining training materials and recorded content, supporting CRM data integrity, and coordinating customer, prospect, and internal events. In addition, this position partners closely with Sales Leadership to support commercial initiatives, reporting, and ad hoc projects that improve organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is essential.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
