Job summary

Gordon Brothers in Boston is seeking an Associate, Sales Operations & Enablement to optimize sales processes and data workflows. You will enhance Salesforce, build dashboards in Power BI, and partner with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure data-driven decisions across the sales function.

The role requires 2-5 years in sales analytics, CRM experience, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, data analytics or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales analysis or data management roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Excel required; Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Salesforce enhancements from requirements to implementation and training.
• Train staff on CRM best practices and maintain key CRM data.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Manage vendor relationships for sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Gong).
• Explore AI/automation to improve sales processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure CRM handoffs are effective.
• Develop and implement streamlined sales processes.
