Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced contract analyst to serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors in Parsippany, NJ. You will gather and translate business requirements into vendor specs and review vendor analyses to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.

The role requires 5 years of vendor management experience, familiarity with IQVIA data sources, and strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau skills to support sales effectiveness initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing external vendors and consulting partners.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial data sources (IQVIA, specialty pharmacy, claims, CRM data, etc.).
• Experience supporting field force optimization, launch planning, or commercial excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders and external vendors to align on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization strategies.
• Act as the Sales Compass SME by understanding platform functionality, data sources, and reporting capabilities, and supporting training and adoption.

Review, challenge, and validate vendor recommendations, analyses, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and commercial strategy.

Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for key stakeholders, including:

• Business Unit Leaders
• National Sales Directors (NSDs)
• Sales Leadership Teams

Conduct ad hoc analyses, market sizing exercises, targeting assessments, territory evaluations, and other sales effectiveness initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization strategies.

Serve as the business Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Sales Compass platform by:

• Understanding platform functionality, data sources, and reporting capabilities
• Explaining dashboards, metrics, and insights to end users
• Supporting user training, adoption, and ongoing business support
• Identifying enhancement opportunities and translating business needs into platform requirements

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
