Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support the New Business Development team in New York. This role handles RFP/RFI development, CRM administration, proposal production, reporting, pipeline management, and pursuit coordination to free sellers to sell.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Proposal Management, Business Development Operations, Project Coordination, or Executive Support.
• Experience within an agency, experiential marketing, consulting, professional services, or B2B services environment preferred.
• Understanding of proposal and RFP processes.
• Experience supporting business development teams.
• Microsoft Suite, SharePoint / OneDrive, CRM, and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end administrative workflow for RFPs and RFIs.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and pipeline management.
• Prepare and polish pitch decks, credentials, and SOWs from internal estimates.
• Support pursuit coordination, show walking preparation, and research.
• Format, proofread, and ensure quality of proposals before client delivery.
