RYZE is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to ensure accurate, on-time orders and seamless coordination between sales, retail partners, marketplaces, 3PL, and finance. You will manage EDI order flow, sample requests, and special retail projects for a fast-growing brand.

You will own the full lifecycle of purchase orders, support ecommerce fulfillment on Amazon and Walmart, and help optimize inventory and replenishment with demand planning.

Competenze

• Hands-on EDI experience in live retailer transactions.
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain in CP G, food & beverage, or consumer brand.
• Direct experience supporting retail and distributor accounts (grocery, natural, club, mass, or e-commerce).
• Experience with ecommerce order fulfillment and inventory management on Amazon and/or Walmart.com.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and reconciling large datasets across conflicting systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is critical and small errors have big impact.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining day-to-day orders.
• Clear, proactive written communication with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, 3PL partners, and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Own the daily EDI order flow: monitor inbound purchase orders, validate them against pricing, MOQ, and terms, and resolve exceptions before fulfillment queue entry.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle including 850, 856, 810, 852 where applicable.
• Investigate and clear EDI errors, failed transmissions, and mapping breaks.
• Support inbound shipments, shipment plans, and carrier appointments.
• Monitor inventory health across marketplaces; flag low-stock risk and coordinate replenishment with demand planning and 3PL.
• Coordinate kitting, bundling, and repack projects end-to-end; manage components and lead times.
• Support sample program intake, inventory levels, reorder points, and on-time shipment.
