Job summary

Brandon & Clark, Inc. in Odessa, TX is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support their Outside Sales team. You will coordinate opportunities from inquiry to order, ensuring timely communication and data integrity across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Service, and Accounting.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales support, a degree preferred, and strong CRM/ERP proficiency. You will help maintain customer records, track requests, and improve processes, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, sales support, inside sales or operations coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator and hub for assigned Account Executives, managing customer opportunities from inquiry through completion.
• Coordinate quotations with Inside Sales, Operations and Purchasing, and proactively follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Track customer requests and communicate order status, delivery schedules and service updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments so customer requests reach the appropriate teams.
• Assist Account Executives with scheduling, follow-up and administrative support to maximize their customer-facing time.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer accounts and documentation within CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service and consistent communication throughout every project.
• Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and support data accuracy and reporting initiatives.
• Work closely with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Service Operations, Purchasing, Accounting and Shipping & Receiving to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate delays, risks and important updates proactively.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the development of SOPs, workflows and new technology.
