Job summary

Miami Industrial Trucks, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the full cycle of forklift and material handling equipment sales from entry to billing, while supporting the sales team with reporting.

You will verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and freight before invoicing, maintain CRM/ERP records, and generate monthly sales metrics. This office-based role offers growth opportunities within sales or operations, with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred if applicable.
• 2+ years in sales coordination, billing, or admin support.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Office suite.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new equipment sales, including order entry, documentation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate customer billing for equipment sales, leases and related charges.
• Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, freight, and terms prior to invoicing.
• Work with accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition.
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, including monthly sales activity, bookings, backlog, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate internally with operations and service teams to confirm equipment delivery and milestones.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to order status, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure sales files are complete and properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
