Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical and administrative duties. This role requires a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and team spirit.

You will manage orders, coordinate with dispatch, prepare reports, and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of administrative experience and proficiency with ERP systems and MS

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years experience in administration.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in multiple ERP systems.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers/vendors.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Schedule UPS/UPS Freight pickups.
• Create and enter sales orders.
• Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations.
• Trace, track, and expedite fuel orders.
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
