The Family Security Plan is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our sales team moving and our partners connected. You will act as a dependable hub, coordinating field agents, internal departments, and credit union partners to ensure smooth operations and timely information flow.

The role requires 5+ years in sales operations or related support, proficiency with CRM systems and Excel, and strong communication skills to build relationships and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and share schedules so field agents are at the right place at the right time.
• Keep credit union contacts informed about attendance, schedule changes, and time off.
• Connect teams across Compliance, Quality Assurance, Business Development, IT, Marketing, and more.
• Keep our CRM accurate and up to date.
• Manage inventory and promotional items for credit union branches.
• Help plan Member Appreciation events and join branch huddles.
• Lead special projects and find smarter ways to work.
