Strong organization and customer service are essential in our fast-paced building materials environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with ERP/ordering systems, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and update customer orders within company systems.

• Support purchasing regarding backorders, lead times, and fulfillment dates.
• Forecast material requirements for upcoming projects and monitor inventory availability.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to improve order accuracy and delivery performance.
