Stockton Kings is seeking a part-time Sales Operations Assistant to support the Ticket Sales & Service team during game days and events. You will help execute activations, campaigns, and member experiences, ensuring a memorable and smooth guest experience at Stockton Kings home games.

Working on-site, you will assist with planning, materials, prize packs, and logistics, while delivering friendly, professional service to Members, group leaders, and prospective clients.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or event operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be available to work at all Stockton Kings home games, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays, as well as other events.

Responsabilidades

• Support Ticket Sales & Service game-day operations, including on-court experiences, pregame events, promotional pack redemption, Membership fulfillment, and other fan engagement activities.
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and special events by preparing materials, assembling prize packs, managing gift redemption, and coordinating logistics.
• Coordinate and facilitate group/fan experiences and other ticket-related activations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current Members, group leaders, and prospective clients to enhance guest experience by answering questions and addressing concerns while representing the Stockton/Sacramento Kings in a professional manner.

This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional fan experiences while providing operational support for ticket sales initiatives at Stockton Kings home games and other department events.
