Qualifications

• Prior work/internship experience supporting sales teams and/or in a customer-facing position.
• Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience with team account budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President of Business Development to increase sales efficiency.
• Create and maintain records on Sales operations using Salesforce.com.
• Enter all Purchase Orders submitted by Customers into ERP System.
• Prepare weekly sales meeting minutes and follow up as necessary.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Articulate communication skills
