Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Q2C experience across quote, order, billing, revenue recognition.
• Hands-on SAP SD/MM and Salesforce administration.
• Experience with data migration and data governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales management and improve sales processes across SAP and Salesforce.
• Manage Q2C lifecycle including quote creation, order processing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Support data integrity for customer master data, pricing, and orders in SAP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to meet deadlines.
