Job summary

VARITE INC in San Jose, CA is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst 4 to support sales teams with analytics, forecasting, and reporting in a hybrid, 12-month contract.

You will work with Sales Managers and Sales Ops to analyze pipeline, drive quarter-end results, and improve data accuracy across Salesforce and internal systems.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with data modeling, and a finance or business background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required.
• Experience in sales operations or analytics preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with timely analytics, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide pipeline analysis and help drive quarter-end metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales Managers to identify issues and solutions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and handle internal system processes (e.g., Salesforce.com).
• Plan and implement projects for territory selection and next year planning.
