About The Team

The Business Insights & Intelligence team is at the heart of Worldpay’s data-driven decision-making. We partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our business. With a focus on performance analytics, reporting automation, and strategic support, we empower leaders across the organization to make informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other tools to support business performance tracking.
• Deliver ad-hoc and strategic analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support key initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams to align on metrics and deliver insights that drive impact.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes by integrating new data sources and technologies.
• Communicate insights effectively through presentations and storytelling tailored to diverse audiences.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake.
• Strong skills in data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
• Experience in the payments industry and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $67,400.00 - $109,900.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
