CRH Americas Building Products in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support price analytics, tools, and ERP-related initiatives. You will contribute to the ERP migration to SAP, gaining hands-on experience in a major systems transition while building foundational skills in sales analytics.

You will analyze large datasets, help shape pricing strategies, create dashboards, and partner with teams to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and develop clear, actionable insights.
• Interest in learning about ERP systems and process optimization; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will provide critical support to the Sales Operations team, focusing on price metrics, analytics, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is designed to work with sales effectiveness processes, data analysis, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A key component of the role will involve assisting with the company's ERP migration to SAP, gaining hands‑on experience with a major systems transition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in sales operations, analytics, and ERP systems, all while contributing to meaningful projects.
