Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales/Revenue Operations or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills with dashboards and data modeling.
• Advanced Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, dashboards.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Acumatica, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards and reports.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, forecasts, and performance.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Executive Management on reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Assist with CRM administration and dashboard adoption.
• Define reporting requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation.
