Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a technical field (CS/IS).
  • 3–5 years of sales operations experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct sales and distribution models.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through scalable processes, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Administer level experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), and analytic/reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Experience coaching and developing teams to build data-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize sales operations strategy, including tools, processes, and automation across the full sales lifecycle (pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and reporting).
  • Own data, analytics, and reporting (including POS data), delivering actionable insights to improve sales and marketing performance.
  • Standardize and enhance sales processes and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and IT to align systems, analytics, and business initiatives.
  • Translate data into growth strategies through market analysis, customer segmentation analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support customer engagement by developing insight-based selling tools, business reviews, and data-driven narratives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.
