Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Corporation is seeking a San Diego-based Customer Care Coordinator to help drive the flow of relationships between customers, installation teams and management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of customer service experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can produce professional correspondence; construction background is a plus but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

• Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
• Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
• Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
• Communicating logistical changes and installation issues .
• Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

• 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
• Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
• High school diploma
