We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving their goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance.

The success of this role is measured by increased deal velocity and high-quality CRM data used for business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver and team player passionate about partnering with sales leadership and about expanding open source technology to more innovators and enterprises. You will also design and lead programs supporting Canonical's ongoing success.

Location: These roles are remote within the EMEA and Americas regions.

The role entails:

1. Supporting daily operations of the global sales function
2. Reviewing opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders post-deal closure
3. Assisting the Sales Operations Manager to enhance sales data quality and processes
4. Reporting data quality metrics to executive stakeholders
5. Implementing surveys and defining metrics for executive review
6. Supporting the sales team globally on CRM and related systems
7. Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and analytical tasks
8. Leading automation and streamlining the Lead to Order process

Qualifications:

• Strong academic record from high school and university
• Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
• Experience in a technology subscription-based business
• Proven ability to improve data quality
• Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
