The Sales Operations Analyst supports our global Sales teams and collaborates closely with internal partners, including Finance, IT, Legal, and Marketing departments.

This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is part of the Sales department located in Lexington, MA. It is an on-site role.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $110,000. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting, and it may be adjusted in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Monitor the accuracy of sales forecasts and collaborate with the sales team for timely updates.
2. Maintain CRM data hygiene to ensure information accuracy.
3. Oversee sales process compliance and efficiency.
4. Create and update CRM reports, dashboards, and other performance metrics.
5. Champion sales tools through documentation updates, training, and user support.
6. Address inquiries from the sales team and other functions regarding tools and processes, fostering support.
7. Test new CRM functionalities before deployment to ensure quality standards are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics.
• Operational skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English.
• Structured, organized, accountable, proactive, communicative, and a strong team player.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

It would be a plus if you also possess:

• Previous sales experience.
• Technical experience in software implementation, business analysis, testing, documentation, or training, and familiarity with Salesforce.
