The wage for this position is between $65,000 - $82,000

The Role

Join the innovative and dynamic Guidant Financial team as a remote Sales Operations Specialist! In this key role, you will enhance our sales operations by managing data and generating insightful reports in Salesforce, which are crucial for decision-making. You will also lead training on process improvements, ensuring team readiness to utilize best practices for efficiency. Your responsibilities include supporting operational tasks to ensure the success and seamless operation of our sales activities. Success in this role requires deep knowledge and ownership of sales data and tools that improve our workflows.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Evaluate, monitor, and communicate key sales metrics and insights to empower leadership in developing effective sales strategies.
  2. Develop, maintain, and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to highlight performance metrics.
  3. Identify opportunities for sales training and manage weekly training schedules.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce reporting solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  5. Ensure data integrity within Salesforce through audits and discrepancy rectification.
  6. Manage and optimize data structures, hierarchies, and user permissions within the sales software ecosystem.
  7. Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with accurate, timely data insights.
  8. Train and assist end-users in utilizing Salesforce reporting tools and adopting best practices.
  9. Perform administrative duties, including training coordination, workflow management, tool implementation, communication, and scheduling.
  10. Maintain and update Salesforce architecture, tools, fields, and overall framework.
  11. Manage incentive programs.
  12. Review and analyze contracts and sales materials.
  13. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or related business areas.
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
