The Role

Join the innovative and dynamic Guidant Financial team as a remote Sales Operations Specialist! In this vital role, you will enhance our sales operations by managing data and generating insightful reports in Salesforce, which are crucial for decision-making. You will also lead training on process improvements to ensure team efficiency. Your responsibilities include supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth sales activities, with a focus on owning and utilizing sales data and tools effectively.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Evaluate, monitor, and communicate key sales metrics to empower leadership in strategy development
2. Develop and improve Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
3. Identify opportunities for sales training and manage weekly schedules
4. Collaborate with teams to design Salesforce reporting solutions
5. Ensure data integrity through audits and corrections
6. Manage data structures, hierarchies, and permissions within Salesforce
7. Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with accurate data
8. Train end-users on Salesforce tools and best practices
9. Perform administrative duties like training coordination and workflow management
10. Maintain and update Salesforce architecture and tools
11. Manage incentive programs
12. Review contracts and sales materials
13. Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment
