Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insights across our sales organization. This role will be responsible for revenue forecasting, pipeline management, sales incentive processing, reporting, and CRM hygiene and enablement for the CALA region and supporting the NAR region. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting sales teams by optimizing processes, improving data integrity, and providing strategic insights that enhance revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage sales forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Partner with sales leadership to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
Analyze pipeline trends and provide insights on risks, opportunities, and required actions.Ensure consistent forecasting methodologies and best practices across sales teams.
Oversee sales incentive calculations, ensuring accuracy in commission payments.
Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure timely processing of incentives.
Provide analysis on sales performance vs. incentive structures, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
Deliver actionable insights by analyzing key metrics such as win rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends.
Support sales leaders with data-driven recommendations to optimize team performance.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in the CRM system.
Drive adoption of best practices in CRM usage, including opportunity management and account tracking.
Train sales teams on CRM tools, reporting, and forecasting methodologies.Work with IT and sales teams to implement system enhancements and automation.
5. Process Optimization & Sales Efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Standardize and document sales operations workflows for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, sales) to align on sales strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in sales operations, sales finance, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems, Advanced Excel, and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret complex sales data and generate actionable insights.• Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and CRM hygiene.
• Ability to proactively collaborate effectively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail in managing sales data, incentives, and reporting.
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $69,000.00-$87,000.00
