What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to manage operations, reporting, analytics, and process deployment for sales teams
- Analyze sales data to provide insights on productivity, revenue, and activities
- Develop presentations and narratives from analyses to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Lead the process for weekly bookings forecasts and monthly sales reporting packages
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and familiarity with Outreach (desired)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in an office environment with tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment

- Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) designation
- Experience in sales analysis and sales enablement
