As a Commercial Operations Specialist your mission will be to manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.

You will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring the main KPIs of the customer portfolio;
• Create studies and generate strategic insights for the business;
• Management of the incentives process and follow performance results;
• Monitor key business indicator and operational metrics with the commercial team.

Main requirements for this position:

• Problem structuring and data gathering skills;
• Analytical mindset and insight generation capability;
• Structured and assertive communication both in documents and meetings;
• Advanced English;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field;
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and Windows based programs;
• Analytical mindset and insight generation capability.
