Job summary

Ritter Insurance Marketing, based in Harrisburg, PA, seeks a Sales Operations Advisor to bridge sales goals and compliant operations. You will manage agent and agency contract changes, oversee documentation, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate commission tracking and smooth onboarding of large agency contracts.
