You will support our sales team with order processing, purchasing, and clear customer communication, coordinating with residential customers, builders, vendors, and our Installation Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, order processing, purchasing, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives with estimates, data entry, customer information, and order processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, job details, and customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Review measurements, product selections, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Resolve missing information with sales representatives and track orders through the sales and procurement process.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders for garage doors, openers, hardware, and related materials.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to confirm pricing, availability, order details, and lead times.
• Track outstanding orders and address delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to confirm material availability and delivery dates.
• Keep residential customers and builders informed about order status and installation readiness.
• Communicate product availability, expected delivery dates, and job readiness.
