Qualifications

• Студент очной формы обучения
• Ожидается обучение на бакалавриате или магистратуре по экономике
• Базовые знания бухгалтерского учёта, логистики и экономики
• Активность, хорошие коммуникативные навыки
• Знание английского и венгерского языков, немецкий приветствуется

Responsibilities

• Поддержка ежедневной работы команды по бизнес-операциям подразделения Power Tools
• Контакт с клиентами по телефону и электронной почте
• Предоставление информации о продуктах коллегам и внешним клиентам
• Ответственность за внутреннюю обработку заказов
• Участие в обработке претензий
• Генерация отчетов из SAP и BI
• Оперативные задачи в системах продаж (SAP, B2B)
• Активная коммуникация в команде и со стейкхолдерами (Sales, Marketing, Logistics)

Задачи:

• Support the daily work of Business operation team for Power Tools division
• Contact with customers (by phone, mail)
• Providing product information for our colleagues and external customers
• Responsible for internal order processing
• Support the claim handling process
• Generate various reports from our systems like SAP and BI@PT
• Operational tasks in our sales systems (SAP, B2B)
• Active communication in the team and with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistic)

Требования:

• Active full-time student status
• Ongoing studies at University on BSC or MSC level in economic field
• Basic accounting/logistical/economical knowledge
• Proactivity, good communication skills
• English, Hungarian language knowledge, German is an advantage
• Undertaking a minimum of 12 month period
• Undertaking a minimum of 30 hours per week
