Qualifications

• Университетское образование по финансам, контроллингу, экономике, менеджменту или маркетинговой аналитике или смежной области.
• Минимум 3 года опыта в финансовом планировании и анализе, финансовом контроллинге, бюджетировании, коммерческих финансах или аналогичной аналитической роли, желательно в международной среде.
• Развитые аналитические навыки и финансовое моделирование, опыт в бюджетировании, прогнозировании, KPI‑менеджменте, оценке бизнес‑case и отслеживании ROI.
• Высокие навыки межфункционального взаимодействия и коммуникации, знание английского языка на профессиональном уровне.

Responsibilities

• Финансовое управление маркетинговым бюджетом на глобальном уровне, контроль затрат, мониторинг ROI стратегических инвестиций и консолидация KPI маркетинга в сотрудничестве с Finance и Performance командами.
• Будете основным звеном между Global Marketing, Finance и Controlling; обеспечивая выравнивание, стандартизацию и соответствие бюджетным и финансовым процессам.
• Координация планирования бюджета маркетинга, прогнозирования и отслеживания затрат, выявление отклонений, рисков и возможностей оптимизации затрат.
• Управление бюджетами проектов, бизнес-кейсами и инвестиционными запросами, включая ROI‑оценку и пост‑инвестиционный анализ.
• Сводение и анализ глобальных KPI маркетинга, продаж, эффективности кампаний и финансовых данных для прозрачной управленческой отчетности.

Join our global marketing organization, where you will be responsible for financial steering, budget management, cost tracking, ROI monitoring of strategic investments, and consolidation of marketing KPIs in close collaboration with Finance and Performance teams. Act as the primary interface between Global Marketing, Finance and Controlling, ensuring alignment, standardization and compliance with budgeting and financial governance processes Coordinate global marketing budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking, while identifying deviations, risks and cost optimization opportunities Manage and monitor project budgets, business cases and investment requests, including ROI evaluation and post-implementation performance reviews Consolidate and analyze global marketing KPIs, sales potential targets, campaign performance and financial data to provide transparent management reporting Translate marketing activities and strategic initiatives into measurable financial impact, actionable insights and recommendations for senior management Develop standardized reporting structures, dashboards and planning frameworks to support data-driven decision-making across regions and business units

University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Analytics or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial planning and analysis, marketing controlling, budget management, commercial finance or a comparable analytical role, preferably in an international environment Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, business case evaluation and ROI tracking Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken Additional Information Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits.
