Job summary

Bosch is seeking a strong, service-oriented professional to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers while supporting warehouse operations. The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment and strong communication via phone and email.

You will participate in order creation, basic material planning, and transportation scheduling, collaborating with teams to resolve variances and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Professional etiquette in face-to-face, telephone and email communication.
• Support launch of customer delivery creation at warehouse.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and update when deviations occur.
• Create daily customer order picks.
• Entry-level material planning.
• Work to resolve variances by tracing to the source.
• Schedule transportation for daily and expedited services using customer and freight sites.
• Perform office duties: filing, faxing, scanning.
• Maintain records retention procedures per Central Directives.
• Understand escalation processes and reasons.
• Apply 5 Why's or 8D problem-solving formats.
• Be a team player and back up others as needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

• Heavy telephone and email communication to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and update when deviations occur
• Daily customer order pick creation
• Entry level material planning
• Drive to seek resolution to variances by going to the source
• Transportation scheduling for both daily and expedite services utilizing customer websites and freight forwarding websites
• Office duties: filing, faxing, scanning
• Maintain and abide by records retention procedures per Central Directives
• Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons
• Ability to problem solve utilizing the 5 Why's or 8D formats
• A team player that can effectively back up others as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or related discipline preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required
• Excellent computer skills and working familiarity with multiple software packages, preferably MS Office and SAP ERP software packages
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner
• Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction
