Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with measurable performance results.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced client-centric environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for events and phone outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive appointment generation from warm leads and events.
• Execute and support 8–10 marketing events per quarter.
• Onboard new clients with accurate paperwork and CRM entries.
• Meet outreach metrics and performance goals; maintain CRM activity.
• Travel locally between offices and event venues; mileage reimbursed.
