Job summary

Astral Paints is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead territory growth in the United States. You will drive sales volumes, develop monthly and quarterly plans, and coordinate with contractors, dealers, and painters to expand market reach.

You will manage pipelines, recruit and train partners, organize dealer events, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Regular MIS reporting and competitive analysis will be expected to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in field sales is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales volumes within the assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Develop detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for the territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Facilitate timely payment collections in accordance with company policies.
• Manage project sales pipelines directly or through contractors and dealers.
• Recruit, train, and motivate contractors, as well as expand and manage the dealer network.
• Organize product awareness events and promotional activities for dealers, contractors, and painters.
• Coordinate with Depots/C&FAs to ensure order fulfillment and timely service delivery.
• Provide regular MIS reports and monitor competitor activities.
