84 Lumber in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Sales Office Administrator/Supervisor to assist salespeople in managing customer accounts, address inquiries, and resolve complaints. The role also handles ordering and processing materials as well as back charging.

This full-time position requires coordinating with the store manager and coordinators, reviewing orders for accuracy, and maintaining smooth billing and paperwork flow. Expect 48+ hours per week and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years experience; Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Experience invoicing, billing and/or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Strong customer/client orientation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforces sales directives to the sales support staff.
• Works with store manager to assign salesman/accounts to coordinators.
• Ensures adherence to customer order process policies.
• Reviews all sales orders for accuracy and documentation.
• Oversees preparation of sales quotes and processing of orders.
• Provides shipment updates and coordinates delivery schedules.
• Direct order entry and processing to ensure timely fulfillment.
