Qualifications

• Experience using invoicing software to generate accurate invoices.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and order processing.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customers and vendors.

• Input estimates into POS system.
• Source materials and manage orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
