Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL in US Georgia Athens. The role includes delivering and rotating stock, merchandising shelves, and maintaining company standards while supporting the driver team.

You will transport products to retail outlets, set up promotions, and provide superior customer service. A Class A CDL and DOT compliance are required, with occasional Saturdays and early shifts. Benefit package included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older
• CDL Class A license required and maintained
• Ability to pass DOT physical and compliance with safety policies
• Read, write, and speak English
• Maintain neat professional appearance per company guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience/training
• Ability to learn and use company resources and technology
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay motivated
• Strong math and basic accounting skills for transactions and route settlements

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload products to retail outlets
• Merchandise shelves, racks, and displays to company standards
• Cover open driver needs and coordinate with Sales Supervisor
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
• Set up promotions and displays; communicate store issues to management
• Record and report customer transactions and any breakage or waste
• Ensure proper care of products, equipment, and route settlements daily
• Comply with DOT rules and safety policies while performing duties
• Maintain backstock, clean coolers, racks, and shelves
• Mentor trainees and assist with training delivery merchandisers
