Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to manage product displays and inventories on designated routes, ensuring stock availability and clean, appealing presentation. You will collaborate with account personnel to provide superior customer service and maintain relationships across multiple locations.

The role requires safe operation of equipment, punctual visits, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Maintain and organize stock as needed.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product in accounts.
