Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a field associate to maintain in-store compliance across stores in the Akron, OH region. You will monitor inventory levels, support pricing surveys, and assist with customer fulfillment initiatives including scan-based trading and online ordering.

Travel within the assigned area is required, and you will collaborate with store teams to address customer service issues and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail or customer service experience.
• Certification or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Check and report product voids.
• Manage inventory levels minimizing stockouts and dump.
• Set new stores and perform required resets.
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs including scan-based trading and web-based ordering.
• Travel to customer store locations within the assigned area.
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints.
• Complete pricing surveys as required.
• Report any food safety and quality issues to management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check and report product voids
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
• Set new stores and perform required resets
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering
• Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints
• Complete pricing surveys as required
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
