Qualifications

• Confident in overcoming objections and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience, welcoming guests and building relationships.
• Drive membership sales by guiding first-time guests and closing memberships.
• Grow retail revenue by recommending apparel and accessories.
• Support studio operations with check-ins, bookings, and sales records.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and merchandised retail area.
• Support community events, promotions, and referrals.
