About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Global Exhibitor Sales Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support exhibitor opportunities within major business conferences and events.
This position will manage multi-channel marketing programs across email, sponsored content, LinkedIn, Google Display, video, web content, and lead generation. The specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Content, Creative, SEO, and other cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, generate qualified leads, improve conversion, and support revenue goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creativity, along with experience executing campaigns, analyzing performance data, developing content, and partnering with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and exhibiting opportunities.
- Create and manage email, digital, sponsored-content, LinkedIn, Google, and video campaigns.
- Partner with Sales to generate, manage, and deliver qualified leads.
- Develop positioning and messaging based on customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Manage exhibitor-focused websites and web pages, ensuring relevant messaging and keywords.
- Evaluate and create video content for Sales, Email, and Digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, benchmarks, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Conduct content audits and A/B testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor top-of-funnel marketing programs and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, SEO, Creative, and Content teams.
- Research SEO, content, digital marketing, and consumer behavior trends.
- Research and document the buyer journey, including information sources, decision-makers, and purchasing considerations.
- Develop internal tools and external collateral to support sales and lead generation.
- Support occasional in-person lead-generation activities and onsite marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B product marketing and value-message development experience, preferably supporting an executive-level audience.
- Experience with outbound and digital marketing.
- Experience supporting revenue through marketing and sales channels.
- Experience partnering with Sales and client-facing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of multi-channel campaign creation, lead management, and pipeline conversion.
- Experience with email campaign execution, campaign analytics/reporting, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental design principles.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is required.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, web content creation, and content management.
