Job summary

TEL Staffing is seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our Pensacola team. This role supports sales growth by maintaining contact data, managing HubSpot activities, onboarding new customers, and developing targeted prospect lists.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using technology and data to improve efficiency and accountability for our growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new customers into the operating software and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding with sales, customer service, and operations.
• Maintain HubSpot records and support lead nurturing workflows.
• Prepare recurring sales reports, dashboards and proposals.
• Support social media, email campaigns and marketing activities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support pricing documents.
