The person will manage the sales pipeline, CRM, regional campaigns, and collaboration with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Operations to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Proven track record of generating new business and growth.
• Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of branding, lead generation, market analysis, and campaign measurement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional sales, marketing, preconstruction, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth goals.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial and industrial opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and early-stage relationship development.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop proposals and budgets.
• Maintain an active pipeline and CRM for forecasting and measurement.
