Ford's Garage is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to grow the brand across our Detroit-area restaurants. The role focuses on sales growth, community relationships, digital marketing, advertising, and engaging events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with travel to locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sales and marketing roles in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events and campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media platforms for marketing campaigns.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase restaurant sales and drive revenue.
