Job summary

California Closets in Englewood, CO is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to drive local marketing efforts and support the sales team with CRM processes and client experience.

You will coordinate campaigns, events, and showroom activities to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase showroom traffic, while maintaining strong partnerships with referral networks and internal partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or GED.
• Associates Degree related to business or sales administration preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience in construction/home renovation industry, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
• Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately.
• Calendar management / regional scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to increase brand awareness and showroom traffic.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns (referrals, events, local shows, open houses, etc.).
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to align local campaigns with branding.
• Maintain a local marketing calendar across digital, social, community, and direct channels.
• Create localized content for social platforms and update showroom and online listings.
• Manage lead activity in Salesforce and support follow‑up by Design Consultants.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on consultations, leads, opportunities, and showroom traffic.
• Support sales administration tasks including warranty requests and trade programs.
• Coordinate showroom events and major company events with vendors.
