Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to drive local market growth by blending sales administration with hands-on marketing initiatives. You will partner with the sales team to manage leads, CRM processes, showroom events, and community programs to boost traffic and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Associate degree in business or sales admin preferred
• 1–2 years admin/customer service experience in construction/home renovations industry
• Ability to data enter quickly and accurately
• Calendar management or regional scheduling experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, MS Office)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to increase brand awareness and showroom traffic
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and events (referral programs, client events, home shows, open houses)
• Localize campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Marketing and maintain a marketing calendar
• Create localized social content and manage showroom listings and online profiles
• Manage lead activity in Salesforce and support Design Consultants with follow-up
• Coordinate showroom events and major company events (catering, rentals, logistics)
• Provide exceptional customer service via calls, emails, and showroom inquiries
