• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Experience or interest in construction, home improvement, or outdoor living.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client-facing materials, organize lead information, and track follow-ups using a CRM.
• Quote simple projects using provided quoting tools.
• Coordinate with senior team members for more complex estimates or technical questions.
• Answer incoming calls as needed from prospective and current clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Define content goals for each platform and create engaging, on-brand content to grow followers.
• Write and send email campaigns featuring company updates, project spotlights, and promotions.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of completed projects for marketing use across platforms.

Summary

Deck Teck is seeking a personable, creative, and organizedSales & Marketing Coordinatorto work directly with the business owner to support both customer outreach and brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people and the local community, and is passionate about sales/marketing. You’ll be involved in everything from answering client inquiries and following up on leads, to preparing materials that showcase our work and creating engaging social media content. This is primarily a WFO (work from office) role, but could have some flexibility to WFH at select times in slower seasons.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule site visits and book discovery calls for the team.


• Prepare client-facing materials, organize lead information, and track follow-ups using a CRM.

Customer Service

• Respond to email inquiries promptly and ensure excellent communication is maintained throughout the customer journey.

Social Media Management

• Define content goals for each platform (e.g., lead generation, education, engagement).


• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content to maintain visibility and grow followers.


• Monitor interactions and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional voice.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Write and manage email campaigns featuring company updates, project spotlights, and promotions.


• Maintain and segment email lists to enhance personalization and increase open and click-through rates.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write blog posts, project features, and industry-related articles to boost website traffic.


• Capture and edit photos/videos of completed projects for use across marketing platforms.


• Ensure all content aligns with Deck Teck’s brand image.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics such as social media engagement, website traffic, and lead volume.


• Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
