Job summary

Pozitivf Fertility is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to guide marketing and patient acquisition efforts. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding leads through the sales funnel, and conducting financial consultations with prospective patients seeking fertility services.

The candidate will manage email campaigns, oversee social media presence, and collaborate with OBGYN offices and media agencies to drive referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience (phone and in-person).
• 100% fluency in Spanish (spoken).

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from potential patients and create lead profiles.
• Shepherd leads through the sales funnel via email, text and outbound calls.
• Conduct financial consultations with patients ready to purchase fertility services.
• Set up and monitor email campaigns.
• Manage presence in social media, including writing posts and engaging with audiences.
• Interact with OBGYN offices to set up referral presentations.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with media agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Sales and Marketing Manager

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator works closely with the clinic's Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies/tactics. This is a vital function that includes interacting with potential patients, patients and referring doctors.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls from potential patients and create lead profiles.
• Shepherd leads through the sales funnel via the use of email, text and outbound calls.
• Do financial consultations with patients that are ready to purchase fertility services.
• Set up and monitor email campaigns.
• Manage presence in social media, including writing posts, responding to engagements, and creating social videos.
• Interact with OBGYN offices to set up referral presentations.
• Manage day to day communication with media agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales (both through the phone and in-person). If its in the medical field, that would be a plus.
• 100% Fluency in Spanish (spoken)

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Set-up and management of Social Media communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
