Job summary

Pozitivf Fertility is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to guide marketing and patient acquisition efforts. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding leads through the sales funnel, and conducting financial consultations with prospective patients seeking fertility services.

The candidate will manage email campaigns, oversee social media presence, and collaborate with OBGYN offices and media agencies to drive referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience (phone and in-person).
• 100% fluency in Spanish (spoken).

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from potential patients and create lead profiles.
• Shepherd leads through the sales funnel via email, text and outbound calls.
• Conduct financial consultations with patients ready to purchase fertility services.
• Set up and monitor email campaigns.
• Manage presence in social media, including writing posts and engaging with audiences.
• Interact with OBGYN offices to set up referral presentations.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with media agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
