Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our solutions within the defined territory. This role requires a proven track record of success in software solution sales in the territory, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer business needs and challenges, and effectively present and demonstrate the value of our solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts and with other partners.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in software solution sales in the specified territory, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in selling to C-Level executives and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped sales incentives based on target achievement.
